Join us for another weekend Celebrate Trans-Gender diversity. Return to an era of grace, elegance and charm
Transformal 2012 is once again putting the ‘T’ back in Katoomba. In May this year a 100 gender diverse guests and their friends will gather to celebrate diversity in what is now Australia's premier transgender weekend. The three day event, held in the timeless elegance of the Carrington Hotel in Katoomba, offers a weekend packed with workshops, meals, and add-ons.
TransFormal is organised through TransGender Radio (TgR), an Australian support group with over 700 active members (see below for more detail). Each year, since the first TransFormal in 2010, the weekend has grown in size, and more attendees have been attracted to its unique blend of activities. It clearly fulfils a need within the gender diverse community to demonstrate diversity, share information, provide mutual support, and above all, have a memorable fun weekend..
