TrannyTix provides a service to the trans community by providing a

safe, convenient, and efficient way

of selling tickets to events.

All the events advertised on this web site are being organised by Trans folk for Trans folk.

Our mission is to encourage the provision of such events in the community by
a) making it easier for you to purchase tickets, and
b) making it easier for organisers to collect payment.

We try to keep the processing fees associated with electronic payment to the minimum possible
and aim to just cover the costs in running TrannyTix.

Buying a ticket with TrannyTix

TrannyTix provides a safe, reliable, and discreet way of purchasing tickets for Trans gender events within the community.

Run by transpeople for transpeople, TrannyTix makes it easy to make payments.

We accept payment by
credit cards (through PayPal),
PayPal funds, and
direct bank transfers.

We do not currently accept any other forms of payment such as cheques, money orders, or cash.

To purchase tickets your tickets just follow these 3 simple steps:

STEP 1: Create an account with TrannyTix.

This is as simple as just telling us your email address!
No password is needed.
No personal details to share!

STEP 2: Select your tickets
Log in with your email address and select the events you want to buy tickets for.
This will add them to your eCommerce cart.
If you want more than one ticket then modify the quantity in your cart.

STEP 3: Check-out and pay for your tickets

During the checkout process you must provide an email account and a phone number so we can contact you if thre are any problems completing your order.

Each order will be subject to a single ticketing fee which covers the costs that TrannyTix incurs with credit card processing and bank fees.

You can leave a message with your order and redeem any vouchers you have.

You will then receive a confirmation of your purchase by email

Listing your event

If you want TrannyTix to list your event send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information:

1. The event:

1.1. The name of the event?

1.2. Where will it be held?

1.3. When will it be held (date & time)?

1.4. As much advertsing copy about the event as you can supply. The more information you supply the better the web page(s) on TrannyTix will look.

1.5. As many pictures as you can supply. To liven up the web page.

1.6 Email address of organiser

1.7 Telephone number of organiser

2. The tickets:

2.1 What price should the tickets be advertised at? (Note the organiser will receive this amount)

2.2 How many tickets can be sold?

2.3 What date should ticket sales commence?

2.4 What date should ticket sales be closed? (Final payment to the organiser will occur within 5 days after this date).

Note that TrannyTix only insists on collecting a name, email and phone number from purchasers. We do not insist on an address being supplied).

3. Ticketing

3.1 Do you want TrannyTix to issue sequential ticket numbers?

3.2 If so, what is the first ticket number you would like to issue?

3.3 Supply the draft text of an email to be sent to the purchaser of a ticket when their payment has been received. (This email can include the issued ticket number(s) if you have requested that ticket numbers be allocated). The email must indicate how and when the organiser will be in contact with the ticket purchaser.

Note that payments are batched due to the cost of making small transfers. The final payment will occur within 5 days of the close of ticketing.

Finally, at the bottom of your email make a statement that you accept the TrannyTix terms and conditions.

Organising a Trans Event - we can help you!

If you are organising an event then TrannyTix can help you manage internet payments and ticketing.

Our standard service includes

the provision of a web page promoting the event,

selling tickets using credit card, payPal or direct debit,

issuing of numbered tickets if required

and the production of a sales report for the organiser.

Note that TrannyTix acts as a ticketing agent, we don't take responsibility for the actual event, and the contract remains between the purchaser and the event organiser.

Our fees

Our fees cover the cost of hosting the website, our bank charges, and the commission charged by PayPal for processing purchases.

Your customers will pay the advertised list price for the event PLUS a small ticketing fee for each order..

We deduct our handling fee (typically 1%) and pass the rest dirctly to you (by bank transfer to a nominated account).

Terms and Conditions

TrannyTix.com (the "Site") is an online service owned and operated by A Barnes ("Amanda"). An event organiser ("Organisers) may use the service to advertise and sell tickets to an event.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms of use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. If you choose not to be bound by the following Terms of Use then Amanda does not grant you the right to use the Site and you must not use this Site.

The Contract
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between TrannyTix and the Customer booking upon the use of the site.

A contract shall also be deemed to have been made between the event organiser and the Customer booking.

Services Provided
The site is offering its services to the Customer as a purveyor of hotel rooms, food & beverage, ground transportation, hospitality and event ticketing to events. The Site is acting as an intermediary and or agent for suppliers in selling event services or in accepting reservations or booking for event services which are not directly supplied by TrannyTix.

The site retains a commission or handling fee as a percentage of all ticket sales made through the site.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Before proceeding with your booking please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. These booking conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by TrannyTix.

No Cancelations, Exchanges or Refunds
Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received.

Event Changes
Information and event dates are subject to change. TrannyTix is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or for changes in the programme or activities.

In the case of an event itself being cancelled or postponed the event organiser is responsible for issuing any refund.
The organiser will refunded the amount paid in full, less a component of any non-refundable deposits made, and service and handling fees.

Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed.

Accepts No Liability for Acts by Others outside of Direct Control
TrannyTix finalises all arrangements upon the express condition that it shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any venue, or vehicle or through the acts of omission, default whether negligent or otherwise, of companies or persons engaged in connection with your booking pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control.

Accepts No Liability for others Acts which are Not Preventable
TrannyTix does not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment.

Damage to property
The customer is responsible and liable for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or any part thereof.

Independence
TrannyTix iis an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events herein is made only for clear identification and reference of potential purchases by customers of TrannyTix and reference to an event is not intended to imply nor should it be understood or assumed that TrannyTix is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the organisers and/or sponsors of the events herein.

Unenforceable
If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
